This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for using my website. When you use this website, you agree that you are over 18 years of age and you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All services and products offered on this website and through a consultation are regulated by Australian Consumer Law.
I operate in accordance with the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Professional Ethics as set out by the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), and the NSW Code of Conduct for unregistered health practitioners. My membership with ANTA requires me to hold current first aid qualifications and professional indemnity insurance, and to undertake continuing professional education.

Naturopathic consultations are to be paid for at the conclusion of your consultation. EFTPOS facilities are available, and cash is accepted. Cheques will not be accepted as payment.
Prices are subject to change without notice. GST is included where applicable. All prices are in Australian dollars except where noted.
There are no refunds for consultations that have been concluded. If you are unhappy with your treatment, you need to tell me before the session is over. It is important to me that you are happy with your treatment. If you have any cause for complaint, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work together to find a satisfactory solution. If you have specific outcomes in mind for your consultation you need to let me know at the beginning of the consultation so I can either accommodate your needs or explain why that won’t be possible.
If you purchase a supplement (tablets, capsules, powders, ointments) directly from me and then change your mind prior to opening the container, I may consider a refund if the goods are returned within 7 days of purchase and are in the same condition as I gave them to you. I am unable to refund any products that have been opened. Most of the supplements I prescribe are supplied directly by a third-party online supplier. I accept no responsibility for the supply of those products, any issues with their supply is to be addressed directly to the third-party supplier.
There will be no refunds available for liquid herbs purchased from me. The first time I supply a liquid herb mix it will be in a smaller sized bottle which will minimise any costs to you if you find it unsuitable. I offer a taste test before making up the whole bottle to minimise the risk of you finding the product unpalatable.
No refunds are available for any naturopathic or other testing, nor for functional and standard pathology. Pathology testing is carried out by third-party suppliers. I receive no financial incentive or compensation for testing carried out by pathology labs. If I charge you directly for pathology lab testing is it charged at cost.
If you make advance payments for consultations for which I have given you a discounted rate, and request a refund for unused consultations, any refund will be reduced by the amount discounted for any used consultations, ie used consultations will be back-charged at the non-discounted rate applicable at the time of the consultation, then any remaining funds will be refunded.
The above conditions also apply to any health programs offered by me.
